We assist our client firms in dispute resolution and in all kinds of legal action. Among other things, we handle disputes of contract, compensation for damage, employment, taxes, and civil service, and also criminal cases.
We assess the client’s chances of success and the risks and costs involved in legal action. On the basis of our long experience we then make a recommendation on the most worthwhile course of action.
Whenever possible, we go for a settlement and try to avoid legal proceedings. If no agreement that is in the client’s interests is achievable, then we plead the client’s cause in court or arbitration tribunal authoritatively and actively. Court-annexed mediation, too, may sometimes be an option in the client’s interests.
